Can I inspect or pick up the vehicle before bidding?
Due to restrictions from lien holders, in-person inspections and pickups are unavailable. However, we offer a 14-day inspection period post-purchase, during which you may return the vehicle for nearly any reason.
What are the delivery fees?
We provide complimentary delivery within the first 500 miles. For distances beyond that, a fee of $1 per mile applies.

Our inventory is spread across the United States. Each listing specifies the vehicle’s location in the description. Rest assured, we facilitate secure and hassle-free delivery to your preferred destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We exclusively accept bank-to-bank transfers for repossessed vehicles. Credit/debit cards and PayPal are not supported. Upon winning an auction or selecting “Buy It Now,” our team will provide the necessary transfer details. Prompt payment ensures a smooth transaction.
Is financing available?
No, we require full payment before releasing any repossessed vehicle. Please ensure you have secured the necessary funds before making a purchase.
Am I responsible for return shipping if I reject the vehicle?
No, return delivery is free of charge for all rejected items. We prioritize quality and transparency in every transaction.
How does the 14-day return policy work?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund, processed within 24 hours of your request—no questions asked.
